$49.00 Heating Tune-up

During our heating tune ups our technicians will check over the heating system. Technicians will be able to identify if the system has any failing parts in which would need to be replaced before becoming a serious problem. The following is included in the heating tune up:

• Check for Carbon Monoxide level
• Inspect heat exchanger if carbon monoxide is present
• Check for gas leaks(in furnace cabinet)
• Check gas valve and adjust if needed
• Inspect burners and flame condition
• Test ignition systems
• Check all electrical connections and tighten if needed
• Test and verify system controls
• Inspect thermostat
• Check air flow
• Replace air filter (standard 1 inch filter included, if special filter is needed will be additional cost)
